Please read these Membership Terms carefully as they affect your legal rights. If you have any questions, please contact a member of our team.
- Our Agreement With You
These Membership Terms govern all memberships offered by REWD Padel.
REWD Padel uses Nettla as its official booking and membership administration platform. While membership benefits and bookings are managed through Nettla, the contractual relationship exists solely between you and REWD Padel.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by:
- These Membership Terms
- The Club Terms & Conditions
- The Club Privacy Policy
All of which are available on our website.
- Membership Options
REWD Padel currently offers a limited number of Origin Memberships for our founding members.
Additional membership types may be introduced.
If an Origin Membership is terminated or cancelled, members who later wish to rejoin REWD Padel will be required to enter into a new membership agreement and will not be eligible to regain Origin Membership status or its associated benefits.
Memberships are personal to the registered member, non‑transferable and may not be shared.
Members must be at least 18 years old to hold a membership.
Membership benefits including preferential pricing, priority booking and exclusive offers are linked to the member’s Nettla account and apply only while the membership remains active.
- Registration & Activation
Memberships must be purchased through the Nettla platform.
Members are responsible for ensuring their account details are accurate and kept up to date.
Membership benefits will become active once the club officially opens. Members who purchase membership prior to the opening date will have access to their benefits from the date the club begins operating.
Temporary technical issues affecting Nettla do not suspend membership obligations, including payment obligations.
REWD Padel may require members to upload a profile photograph to their Nettla account for identification purposes.
- Membership Terms & Renewal
REWD Padel currently offers an Origin Membership with two payment options.
Monthly Membership
- Runs from the date of activation
- Renews automatically each month on the same date
- Minimum term applies as set out in Section 5 (Cancellation)
Annual Membership
- Payable in full at the time of purchase
- Minimum term: 12 months
Membership fees are payable in advance.
Members who join before 1st June to take advantage of the Origin Membership either monthly or annually will not have their first payment collected until this date. In the event of any delay to the club’s opening, the initial membership payment will be deferred accordingly and will not be collected on 1st June.
By purchasing an automatically renewing membership, you authorise Nettla to collect future payments using the same payment method.
After the minimum term has been completed, memberships will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5.
Membership benefits remain active until the membership is formally terminated.
- Cancellation
Membership may be cancelled after the minimum term has been completed by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Membership operates in fixed monthly cycles beginning on the activation date and renewing automatically unless valid notice is received.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:
The 30‑day notice period begins from the date the cancellation request is received by REWD Padel.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the first full membership cycle following expiry of the notice period.
Membership fees remain payable during any active membership period and throughout the notice period.
REWD Padel does not provide pro‑rata refunds or partial month adjustments.
All membership fees are non‑refundable.
Membership benefits remain active during the notice period unless suspended due to non‑payment or misuse.
- Membership Communications
All membership‑related communications must be sent to:
This includes (without limitation):
- Cancellation requests
- Membership changes
- Pause requests
- Membership enquiries
Members are responsible for ensuring correspondence is sent from a valid email address and received within any applicable deadlines.
Where permitted by law, communications between REWD Padel and members may be conducted electronically, including via email, push notifications, or notices posted on our website.
For contractual purposes, you agree that electronic communication satisfies any legal requirement for written communication. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Pricing & Adjustments
Membership fees are confirmed at the time of purchase.
REWD Padel reserves the right to adjust membership fees or court pricing where necessary. Reasonable notice will be provided where appropriate.
Origin Memberships or promotional memberships may include preferential pricing or benefits for a defined period as communicated at the time of purchase.
- Court Bookings & Platform Access
All court bookings are managed through Nettla.
REWD Padel reserves the right to restrict or suspend booking access where:
- A membership has expired or been cancelled

- Fair Use & Conduct
Memberships are strictly personal and non‑transferable.
Misuse includes (but is not limited to):
- Sharing membership accounts or benefits

Pause requests must be submitted in writing to:
Approval is granted at the discretion of REWD Padel and may require supporting documentation.
- Termination by REWD Padel
REWD Padel reserves the right to terminate membership with immediate effect in cases including:
- Serious misconduct
- Breach of club rules
- Repeated misuse of membership privileges
Termination under these circumstances will not entitle the member to any refund.
- Amendments
REWD Padel may amend these Membership Terms or membership structures from time to time to reflect operational, commercial or regulatory changes.
Where changes are significant, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
Continued use of membership benefits after amendments have been introduced will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
